Welcome to SuiteOne Self-Service Demo ("Service"), provided by Infomed ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

The Service provides a demonstration environment for potential customers to explore the features and functionalities of SuiteOne software. The data generated or used within this demo environment is for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect real-world scenarios accurately.

2. Use of Demo Environment

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for evaluation purposes.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• You acknowledge that the demo environment may be reset, modified, or become unavailable at any time without prior notice.

3. Data and Privacy

You agree not to input any real patient data, personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), or any sensitive confidential information into the Service. Any data you enter is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the security or confidentiality of any data you input into the demo environment. Our general Privacy Policy applies to information collected during the registration process, if applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Infomed and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Spain and foreign countries.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INFOMED, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
